The entire project from idea to visualization and the main set of drawings took two weeks, so it is rather an architectural concept. The site from the project is located in the old part of the city (surrounded by a characteristic eclectic residential buildings of Austrian times from the secession ornamentation), as well as in the immediate vicinity of the railway station, that is, it is one of the first architectural objects that meet guests of the city and create the first impression. Accordingly, aesthetic requirements for the center are very high. To fit into the environment and at the same time create a dominant memorable image is the main goals that the authors try to achieve with the help of two expressive principles: firstly, with bionic-futuristic form serching, the surrounding buildings is respectfully taken into consideration (tectonics, the presence of bas-reliefs, organic aesthetics of Modern, planning solutions, that forming a whole complex with environment, etc.); secondly - greenery - a safe element, most comfortable for people, useful for the city and appropriate for any architecture. In this case, in the place of the chaotic parking opposite one of the main entrance it is proposed to create the park (the parking is removed into underground floors), the vegetation from which will “flow” along the picturesque pedestrian bridge into the facades of our object, complementing them and forming cozy and comfortable recreational spaces along the outer galleries of the complex. The channel-like cross section of the bridge due to longitudinal flower beds gives additional strength to construction and allows us to increase the span without additional support columns. In general, the central idea of the project is the intervention of nature in the city.
